Contract management as a Service

Contracts aren’t just paperwork; they are crucial tools that
propel your business forward. Crafting effective contracts is a demanding task
that requires specialized skills and knowledge, often proving costly for
businesses where contract management is not a primary focus. This is where we
excel – contract management is our specialty.

We can manage your contracts, covering both customer and
supplier engagements. Our services include drafting the necessary contracts and
templates to ensure your business’s security and stability.

·       Please note, all prices mentioned exclude VAT.

·       Subscription services are invoiced six months in
advance.

·       The minimum engagement period for our services
is two years.

·       Any additional work required will be quoted and
approved by you before commencement.

·       A transition project will be organized to secure
any existing contracts. This will be separately quoted.

·      Our pricing model is based on the average time
spent per contract each month, which is approximately 30 minutes per contract.

·      All our work is conducted from a B-and-IT
location unless otherwise agreed upon.

·       Small contract amendments, defined as requiring
3 hours of work or less, are included. Significant alterations will incur
additional charges, with the initial 3 hours deducted from the total.

·       Small amendments can be traded for larger ones
upon agreement, with any extra hours billed separately.

·       The quota for small amendments applies per
contract year.

·       On-site work requires a minimum commitment of 4
hours.

·       Off-site work is billed in 30-minute increments.
